Now Open for Dinner

For those of you who love Racioppi's in Red Bank, it is now open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings for dinner. We went there tonight and had a delicious dinner. On Saturdays they offer the "Chef's Choice" dinner in addition to their regular menu. If you order the "Chef's Choice", Joe Racioppi will prepare your appetizer and entree right there in front of you. I am glad to see that Joe has finally opened for dinner so he can show his talents.
