While we were at the Rutgers-Cincinnati game we realized that only I had my phone and Tommy did not. Knowing that Joanne, Tommy's sister, would be texting him during the game, I sent her a text telling her to text my phone, not his.
Here is the transcript:
me: "Tommy doesn't have have his phone so text my phone"
J: "You are texting the wrong address - I don't know you" (very funny, I thought)
me: "Very funny"
J: "Seriously - I don't know Tommy or you. Re-check your address"
I asked Tommy what Joanne's cell # was and he didn't know. So I texted his sister, Margaret, and she sent Joanne's number. Well, I was off by one number and had the wrong number programmed into my phone. Sorry, 732-996-....
